When you complete the quote form we collect your business name, ABN if supplied, state, machine details, turnover range, name, email address, phone number and any notes you add. We do not collect payment details on this website.

We use your information to assess your enquiry, contact you about it, and refer you to our licensed insurance partner so a quote can be prepared. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties or add you to unrelated marketing lists.

Enquiry records are stored in a secured database with access restricted to our team. Information is retained only while it is needed to service your enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by contacting us through our quote form. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you are not satisfied with our response you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to make the website work and to measure aggregate traffic. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.
