We are not an insurer and we are not a broker: we collect your details, and our licensed partner, BizCover, quotes, issues and services the policy. How our referral model works, step by step
- You complete the assessment on this site — ABN, turnover, machines, states, limit required.
- We pass those answers to our licensed partner, BizCover, who compares Australian business insurers.
- The insurer or its licensed representative quotes, binds cover and issues your certificate of currency.
- We may receive a referral fee from the partner. You pay no fee to us, and the referral fee does not change your premium.
- Your policy, PDS, claims and renewals are handled by the licensed provider, not by us.
What we will never do
- Give personal financial or insurance advice — we are not licensed to, and we say so on every page.
- Sell or rent your contact details to third parties.
- Publish testimonials, ratings or claim statistics we cannot substantiate.
- Promise a price. Premiums are set by the insurer after underwriting.

Where our information comes from
The guidance on this site comes from two places: two decades of hands-on vending experience placing and servicing machines across Australian sites, and the cover requirements site owners, centre managers and lenders actually put in writing — the certificate limits, endorsements and paperwork we have been asked for repeatedly.
Where a figure depends on your circumstances — premium, limit, sub-limits — we say so rather than publishing a number that would not hold up. For the policy wording that governs your cover, always read the insurer's Product Disclosure Statement and Target Market Determination.
